Exchange Policy

At Wolf Pack Kitchen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different item, we are happy to assist with eligible exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from Wolf Pack Kitchen.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Non-returnable, clearance, final sale, and gift card purchases are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@wolfpackkitchen.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item you wish to exchange.
  • The replacement item you would like to receive.
  • A brief explanation for the exchange request.

Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued within 2–3 business days.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Price Differences

If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference before shipment.

If the replacement item costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Out of Stock Items

If your requested replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Store credit valid for 12 months.
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the original item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
