Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship throughout all 50 U.S. states.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

International Shipping

Wolf Pack Kitchen ships to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check your mailbox, porch, or designated safe delivery location.
2. Ask neighbors, family members, or building management.
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional information.

If the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
